Our Team
Keith G. Hemmer, CPA
Keith grew up in a large family in northeast Nebraska. He graduated from Kearney State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1983 and has been in public accounting ever since. He is a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA’s and lives in Norfolk with his wife JoAnn. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
Susan Langholz, CPA
Susan grew up on a farm in Iowa. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA’s. In 1997, Susan became a shareholder of the firm. She is married and has a son, daughter and seven grandchildren. She has been a resident of Norfolk since 1987.
Jeff Finley, CPA
Jeff grew up in rural northeast Nebraska. He attended Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. He joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner of the firm in 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA’s.
Adam Geiger, CPA
Adam graduated from Wayne State College with an undergraduate degree in Public Accounting and Finance in 2015. He received his CPA certification later that same year. He is also a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA’s. Adam has been with the firm since June of 2016. In his free time, Adam enjoys movies, music and spending time with family.
Claire Voecks, Payroll Manager
Claire joined the HLF team in February of 2016. She brought with her 14 years of accounting experience. She is very friendly and willing to help out wherever needed. She handles the payroll duties for the firm’s clients. She lives in a small community near Norfolk with her husband, son & step-daughter. She enjoys a multitude of activities as long as there are family or friends involved, but she does enjoy quiet time with a good book occasionally!
Teri Larsen, Office Manager
Teri joined the firm in 2012. She has 20 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is the first person you will see when you walk in our office and always has a smile on her face. She strives to make everyone feel welcome and known. Teri lives in Norfolk with her husband Anthony and their six children.
